Advertising Opportunities

DISPATCH 2009 Ad Rates

• Full page:  $700 per insertion per issue. (For all three issues: $2,000)        
• ½ page (vertical - 3.625" x 9.5"): $400 per insertion per issue (for all three issues: $1,100)         
• ½ page (horizontal - 7.5" x 4.5"): $400 per insertion per issue (for all three issues: $1,100)          

• 1/4 page (3.625"x4.5"): $300 per insertion per issue (for all three issues: $800)

CRD Website Advertising

Direct E-mail Advertising          

• CRD sends your message to 1,600 CRD members: $500 per message per mailing           

Direct Mail Advertising (available to members only)   

• CRD supplies you with one set of current membership labels: $500

Send the same message using two or more media and get these discounts:       

• Pick 2 media: 10% discount
• Pick 3 media: 15% discount

Winter
      Public/Private Partnerships
      Deadline: October 29, 2008
      Mail date: January, 2009

Spring/Summer
      Theme: Sustainability
      Deadline: February 5, 2009
      Mail date: April, 2009

Fall
      Theme: Presidential Issue - Organizational Structure &

                   Resource Development
      Reserve space by Friday, June 13

      (space cannot be guaranteed after deadline)
      Submit copy by Friday, June 20
      Mail date: September, 2009

Format

Files should be submitted via email or on disc in .tif format. Other similar formats are acceptable. Please do not submit Publisher or Powerpoint Files.

Tif. files: At least 300 dpi. at 100% size in grayscale.
Adobe Illustrator files: .ai or .eps, convert all fonts to outline, use spot colors according to issue and include linked artwork.
Adobe Indesign files: convert all fonts to outline, use spot colors according to issue, and include linked artwork.
.pdf files: distill at "press" settings; make sure all fonts are embedded, use spot colors according to issue

Color Information
Dispatch is a two color publication.
Advertisers may simply submit ads in grayscale.
